Biryani recipe


Biryani is a wonderful recipe in Subcontinent. Everyone loves it very much. We eat Brini for lunch and even for dinner. Kids, young, old, everyone loves it. Biryani is famous all over the Subcontinent. It is made with Indian spices, rice, chicken/meat, or vegetables, and sometimes, eggs and/or potatoes in some regional varieties.
How to make layers Biryani.


Chicken 1 kg
2 large sized onions
2 tomatoes
2 to 4 green chilies
2 tsp red chilies
4 to 6 teaspoons of salt
1 tsp chicken powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp Biryani masala
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 to 3 dry bay leaves
1 to 2 coriander flowers
1 tsp white cumin
4 to 6 cloves
Few coriander leaves
Few mint leaves
1 to 3 cinnamon sticks
3 to 4 cardamoms
Half a cup of curd
4 cups of rice
Water, as needed
Oil, as needed

How to make Biryani

First, take the chicken and wash them well.
Then take a bowl and put the chicken in it and add half a spoon of red chili, black pepper, salt, half a cup of yogurt, one spoon of soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, one spoon of chicken powder, one spoon of ginger, and garlic paste, all the ingredients and mix them. Marinate for at least two hours.
On the other hand, take a bowl and add rice to it, wash them and keep them aside for at least 30 minutes.
Cut onion, tomato, and green chilies into small pieces.
Take a pan, add 2 cups of oil and add onions to it.
Fry the onion until it turns light brown in color, then add the tomato and chili pieces and cook for 5 minutes, and then add all the spices and mix well.
Then add the marinated chicken and cook for at least 15 minutes, when the chicken is cooked well, then switch off the flame.
On the other hand, take a large pot and add about 8 glasses of water to it.
Then bring it to a boil and add 4 teaspoons of salt and then the rice.
When the water is absorbed, then switch off the flame and remove all the water
Then take a pot and put two tablespoons of oil on it and then add 1 layer of rice and 1 layer of chicken on it then make another layer of rice and chicken and then add fried onions, some coriander, and mint leaves. Give, and lemon too. Add some yellow color to it.
Then cover the pot and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes switch off the flame.
Now your Biryani is ready and served hot.
