Chicken Manchurian


Everyone definitely loves Chinese food, but people think that making these dishes at home is very difficult. But this idea is actually completely wrong. Like other cuisines, Chinese food is straightforward to prepare at home, and since it is made in your kitchen, you can organize it very neatly.

Children, as well as adults, love to eat Chicken Manchurian with Rice, so today here is a very easy and delicious recipe.


This dish contains most of the common ingredients used at home, so this dish will be quite affordable even in your budget.


For the chicken:

Chicken – ½ kg boneless

Salt- one teaspoon

Garlic – one tablespoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Chopped Red Chilli – One Tablespoon

Soy sauce – one and a half tablespoon

Cornflour – 4 tbsp

Egg – one

Oil- for frying:

Oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic – chopped one tablespoon

Ginger – chopped one tablespoon

Green Chillies – Chopped two to three

Hari Pyaar – ¼ cup

Capsicum – cut into a cube

onion – cut into a cube shape

Salt – one tablespoon or as per taste

Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tablespoon

Vinegar – one tablespoon

Soy sauce – one tablespoon

Tomato ketchup – ¼ cup

Chili Garlic Sauce – ¼ cup

Sugar – one teaspoon

Water – one cup

Cornflour – 2 tbsp


Add chicken, salt, garlic, black pepper, chopped red pepper, and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well, then add corn flour and egg and mix again, after marinating for some time, fry the chicken. Keep separate.

To make Manchurian, add oil to a pan, add garlic, ginger, green chilies, and green onions and fry for 30 seconds.

Now add capsicum and onion and fry for 30 seconds, add fried chicken, salt, red pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, chili garlic sauce, and sugar, and mix.

Then add a cup of water, and when it comes to a slight boil, add the cornflour mixed with water, when the curry thickens, turn off the heat.

Serve the delicious Chicken Manchurian with white rice to the family.
