It is a popular dish of the subcontinent which is found everywhere from the common streets to fine restaurants and is relished by children, young and old alike.
Today I am going to share the recipe for making easy and delicious chicken pakoras, hope you will enjoy this recipe.
1- Finely chopped chicken 250 grams
2- Three beaten eggs
3 -Gram flour (Besan) four tablespoons
4- A teaspoon of crushed red pepper
5-Two chopped green chilies
6- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
7-Baking powder 1 tsp
8- A teaspoon of salt
9-Chopped green coriander in two tablespoons
10- Salad spice (Chaat masala) 1 teaspoon
11- Finely chopped green onion 1 cup
1-In a bowl, four tablespoons of gram flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, one teaspoon of ground red pepper, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of water, 250 grams of finely chopped chicken, two chopped green chilies and two tablespoons of Add a spoonful of chopped green coriander and mix and keep it aside for thirty minutes.
2- Now heat the oil in a pan.
3- Then make snacks (pakoras) of the prepared batter and fry in hot oil until crisp and golden.
Eat with chutney and ketchup. You can also take this dish with tea
