Ingredients required

Fish: 300 grams (boneless)

Gram flour: Half a cup

Red Chilli Powder: One to one and a half teaspoons

Baking powder: A pinch

Turmeric: Half teaspoon

Ginger Garlic Paste: One teaspoon

Salt: As per taste

Oil: As required

Synthesis

Add gram flour, red chili powder, baking powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, and little water in a bowl and mix well.

Now coat the fish with this mixture and keep it for marinating. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish in it. When the fish is fried well, take it out on tissue paper.

To make green masala, add green coriander, green chilies, and onions in a chopper and chop them. Then pour two to three spoons of oil on the lava and add chopped green spices and mix it and cover it and keep it on the tail for some time. . Now add the fried fish in it and then add black pepper, Chinese salt, and salt and cut the fish with the help of a cutting spoon. Take it out in a dish and serve it garnished with lemon and salad leaves.

Baked fish

Ingredients required

Fish: One kg

Garlic paste: Four teaspoons

Turmeric powder: half teaspoon

Onion: 250 grams

Red Chilli Powder: Two Tablespoons

White Cumin Powder: One teaspoon

Fenugreek seeds: 1 teaspoon

Salt: As per taste

Oil: As required

Yogurt: 1 kg

Spices powder: 1 teaspoon

Composition:

Finely chop the onion and heat oil in a large pot and fry the onion in it. When the onion turns brown, take it out and keep it aside. Grind the rest of the raw onion in curd and grind it in a grinder and add salt, Add red chilies, hot spices, and cumin seeds and make a paste.

Clean the fish well and mix it in this paste. Add fenugreek seeds, turmeric, and garlic to the oil in which the onions are fried.  After that add the fish kills and cover to cook the fish on low flame. After about an hour, the fish will be ready. , take out in a dish. Serve hot fish.

Ingredients required

Fish fillet: half kg

Mustard powder: One teaspoon

Potatoes: Two (boiled and mashed)

Butter: Two tablespoons

Soya: 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Parsley: 1/4 bunch (finely chopped)

Lemon juice: One tablespoon

Lemon Peel: One No

Salt: As per taste

Ground black pepper: half a teaspoon

Flour: Half a cup

Eggs: Two (beaten)

Green Chillies: Three (finely chopped)

Breadcrumbs: One cup

Oil: Three tablespoons

Composition:

First, boil the fish fillet with little water and pat dry with tissue paper. Grind the fish fillet and then mix it with mustard powder, potato, butter, soya, parsley, lemon zest, lemon peel, salt, and black pepper and keep it to marinate well.

When the dough is ready If you want, make small but thick kebabs and coat them in flour. Then dip them in beaten eggs and finally coat them in breadcrumbs. Now heat oil in a pan and fry these kebabs on low heat until golden on both sides. Enjoy delicious fish cakes that are ready.

Deep-fried fish cutlets

 

Ingredients required

Fish: Three hundred grams

Garlic paste: One teaspoon

Salt: As per taste

Black pepper powder: half teaspoon

Egg: A number

Parsley: 1/4 bunch (chopped)

Ground Red Chilli: One teaspoon

Flour: Three tablespoons

Cornflour: Three tablespoons

Bread Crumbs: Half a cup

Oil: As required

Composition:

First, cut the fish into round shapes. Now add garlic paste, salt, black pepper, egg, and fish in a bowl and mix. Then add parsley, chopped red pepper, flour, and cornflour and mix well.

Spread breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the fish rings. Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish cutlets. When golden brown, serve with any sauce or chutney.

Fish steak

Ingredients required

Fish: 300 grams (boneless)

Curd Address: Two to three pieces (finely chopped).

Tomatoes: Four pieces

Green olives: half a cup

Garlic: Two to three cloves (chopped).

Chopped Black Pepper: One teaspoon

Thyme: One teaspoon

Rosemary leaves: One tablespoon

Finely chopped basil leaves: one tablespoon

Parsley: Two tablespoons

Oregano: One tablespoon

Olive oil: three tablespoons

Lemon juice: One to two tablespoons

Salt: As per taste

Composition:

Add olive oil, green olives, basil leaves, cardamom, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and tomatoes to a bowl, then mix well. Now add the fish cut into steaks in it. Then mix salt, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl and rub it well on the steak. Then wrap the fish steak in plastic and refrigerate for half an hour. Leave it for a while after taking it out of the fridge.

Now take a grill pan and when it gets hot, grill the steak on it both sides. Cook the remaining meri nation on high heat, until it thickens. Remove the steak to a serving dish, pour the sauce over the top and serve garnished with a tomato slice.

How to make the sauce?

Heat oil or butter in a saucepan. Then add garlic paste, tomato paste, salt, chopped black pepper, chopped red pepper, oregano leaves, and cream and cook for two minutes and then remove from the stove. The flavorful sauce is ready to eat with the fish.
